Skating speed: 23.92 mph - Connor McDavid (F, EDM)

The Edmonton Oilers center has the top skating speed of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs so far, reaching 23.92 miles per hour on an end-to-end rush in the third period of Game 2 against the Los Angeles Kings in the first round. McDavid's teammate, Viktor Arvidsson, ranks second in the category at 23.90 mph (Game 3 against Vegas Golden Knights in second round). McDavid also leads the NHL in 20-plus mph speed bursts (157 in 18 games) by a wide margin.

Shot speed: 99.74 mph - Colin Miller (D, WPG)

The Winnipeg Jets defenseman leads the League in top shot speed (99.74 mph) this postseason, with a close second in the category being Edmonton Oilers defenseman Evan Bouchard (99.62). Miller ranked fourth in the NHL in top shot speed during the regular season (103.08 mph). Bouchard has the most 90-plus mph shots (17 in 18 games) this postseason.

High-danger goals: 7 - Corey Perry (F, EDM) & Sam Bennett (F, FLA)

The Edmonton Oilers wing is tied for first in high-danger goals (seven in 18 games) this postseason with Florida Panthers center Sam Bennett (seven in 19 games). Bennett ranks second in high-danger SOG (23) and Perry is tied for fifth (19) in that category. Bennett is tied for second in midrange goals (three) and long-range goals (one) among forwards.

High-danger saves: 113 - Sergei Bobrovsky (G, FLA) & Jake Oettinger (G, DAL)

The Florida Panthers starter moved into a tie with Dallas Stars goalie Oettinger for the lead in high-danger saves (113) and games with a save percentage greater than .900 (11) this postseason. Bobrovsky has faced the most high-danger shots (138 in 19 games played) of any goalie, one ahead of Oettinger (137) who leads the entire playoff field in midrange saves (122) and midrange shots (136). Bobrovsky leads all goalies in long-range shots against (120) and long-range saves (117).

Offensive zone time percentage: 53.0 - Shayne Gostisbehere (D, CAR)

The Carolina Hurricanes defenseman leads the NHL in offensive zone time percentage (53.0 in 15 games) this postseason, as well as even-strength offensive zone time percentage (49.5). Gostisbehere also led the League in offensive zone time percentage during the regular season (51.3).
