Bueckers at Stars game

Dallas’ newest superstar made her way to American Airlines Center on Tuesday to take in some Stanley Cup Playoffs action.

Paige Bueckers, who went No. 1 overall to the Dallas Wings in this year’s WNBA draft, pulled out her Dallas Stars jersey and sat rink side for Game 4 of the Western Conference Second Round against the Winnipeg Jets.

Bueckers made a name for herself during her successful basketball career with the UConn Huskies, where she racked up a long list of accolades and led her team to an NCAA championship this past season. She also received the Wade Trophy as the top NCAA Division I player.

She made her WNBA debut in a preseason game on May 2.

Joining Bueckers at the game was her former teammate from UConn, KK Arnold.
